Poster guidelines
Posters will be exhibited in a dedicated area at the venue. A poster map will be available at the registration desk and displayed in the poster exhibition area.
Poster Specifications:
- Format: Portrait A0
- Language: All content must be in English
- Title section: Must clearly display the title, authors, and institutional affiliations
Presenter Responsibilities:
- Presenters must bring their printed posters to the venue, and they must be displayed only in their assigned spot on Thursday 22 before 10:00 am.
- Authors are expected to be present at their poster during the scheduled poster discussion sessions.
- Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters of Friday 23 before 3:00 pm.
Oral communication guidelines
Oral communication specifications:
- Timing: 8 minutes for the presentation + 2 minutes for discussion.
- Accepted formats: PowerPoint (.ppt / .pptx) and PDF.
- Screen ratio: 16:9 (widescreen format) is preferred.
- Use of personal laptops is not possible.
- Videos: Must be embedded in the PowerPoint file.
Presenter Responsibilities
- All speakers are kindly requested to be present in the session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins to meet the moderators and prepare for the presentation.
- All presenters are required to upload their presentation files at the Conference Room before their scheduled session, with sufficient time for testing and compatibility checks.
